In May, 2013, Kinze opened its first production plant in Lithuania (Trakai dist.). Now Kinze family is growing and is currently looking for:
Office administrator (temporary 5 months contract with opportunity to extend it)

We are looking for a friendly personality who could keep the office together and create it’s cosiness with the main responsibilities of:
  • Responding and redirecting phone calls and emails;
  • Welcome and meet the office guests;
  • Supervision of sim cards, fuel and entrance cards;
  • Ordering an office supplies;
  • Management of correspondence, mails, suppliers contracts;
  • Keeping archive of company documents;
  • Assistance to other team members.
Требования к работнику:
  • excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian languages (both verbal and written);
  • reliability and willingness to show initiative;
  • fast learning skills;
  • good stress tolerance;
  • organizational skills;
  • team player;
  • higher education;
  • good computer skills (MS Office);
  • personal car and valid driving license.
