Kinze is a family business with core values of integrity, innovation, excellence, customer service and mutual respect. In May, 2013, Kinze opened its first production plant in Lithuania (Trakai dist.). Now Kinze family is growing and is currently looking for: Office administrator (temporary 5 months contract with opportunity to extend it)
We are looking for a friendly personality who could keep the office together and create it’s cosiness with the main responsibilities of:
- Responding and redirecting phone calls and emails;
- Welcome and meet the office guests;
- Supervision of sim cards, fuel and entrance cards;
- Ordering an office supplies;
- Management of correspondence, mails, suppliers contracts;
- Keeping archive of company documents;
- Assistance to other team members.

Reikalavimai darbuotojui: | - excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian languages (both verbal and written);
- reliability and willingness to show initiative;
- fast learning skills;
- good stress tolerance;
- organizational skills;
- team player;
- higher education;
- good computer skills (MS Office);
- personal car and valid driving license.
