If you have:
- Higher education in Business Management, IT or similar field;
- 4+ years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects, preferably within the IT, Retail, or FMCG industries;
- Demonstrated experience managing medium to large cross-functional projects, with the ability to effectively handle risk, resolve conflicts, and collaborate across teams to ensure project success;
- Exceptional organizational skills to coordinate resources, tasks, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and budgets, ensuring timely project delivery;
- In-depth knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies and Agile best practices. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are a strong advantage;
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders from operational to C-level;
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar software;
- Fluency in English, with the ability to work effectively with both Baltic and international teams.

- Planning and management of cross-functional projects in Rimi Baltic in accordance with the time constraints and content of the budget according to RIMI Project Management framework;
- Communication on status to internal and external stakeholders;
- Handling of project scope and carrying out the problem, change management and risk management;
- Planning, organizing and management of the resources in entrusted projects;
- Information dissimilation about the project goals and progress;
- Control of project budget realization;
- Management of local and international teams for delivery;
- Defining & leading ideas from feasibility studies to closure.
