If You have:
- Higher education (or incomplete) in Economics, Business Management or another related field;
- At least 1 yeas of experience in retail, buying or category management;
- Good skills in analytics, planning and time-management;
- Very good MS Excel skills (experience working with SAP/BW - advantage);
- Entrepreneur mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done;
- Ability to manage stressful situations and effectively solve problems;
- Highly responsible and punctual personality;
- Ability to work independently;
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
We will entrust You:
- Plan and optimize store shelf product placement;
- Develop optimized planograms according to the company strategy and goals;
- Plan product placement in Rimi Space management system, following the guidelines provided by the category manager;
- Support or implementation of the planograms in stores by ensuring necessary communication and needed planogram data with the stores;
- Providing category managers with recommendations on optimal placement of products in shelves and other factors defining planogram;
- Controlling actual planogram and store layout by visiting stores;
- Participate in planogram creation for new stores, as well as in re-modeling process.
