Do you enjoy solving complex technical challenges and seeing your code impact thousands of users every day? We're looking for a motivated and skilled Mid-Level Full-Stack PHP Developer to join our engineering team in Vilnius.

Role Summary

You will be a key player in designing, building, and optimizing solutions across the entire stack—from the database to the browser. Our core systems are successful, high-traffic e-commerce platforms built on Symfony and modern front-end technologies (predominantly Vue.js). This role is ideal for someone eager to grow into a Senior Developer position — you’ll get mentorship, ownership, and opportunities to make architectural decisions that shape our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy new features across our e-commerce and internal platforms, owning the process from planning through production
• Proactively identify and address bottlenecks in performance, security, and scalability of our existing web applications
• Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs and complex third-party integrations critical to our business operations
• Implement responsive and performant user interfaces using Vue.js and related front-end tooling
• Write clean, testable code, participate in and lead code reviews, and share knowledge

Job Requirements:

• Strong expertise with PHP 8+ and practical experience with the Symfony framework (6+)
• Proven experience building modern web applications, including proficiency with JavaScript and a modern front-end framework (ideally Vue.js 3, React Native would also be valued)
• Good knowledge of MySQL (including query optimization, indexing, and schema design)
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals: REST APIs, HTTP protocols, caching strategies, and security best practices
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) and the ability to clearly articulate technical ideas and trade-offs

You’ll Stand Out If You Have:

• Experience with building tools or features using AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Experience setting up or maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to microservices architecture or container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Experience with technologies like Redis, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ or Kafka

Gross monthly salary: 2864 - 4180 EUR
