Your main tasks will be:
You will be responsible for analyzing, shaping and documenting changes to systems used in customer interactions, ensuring the quality of products offered to clients. You will contribute to the improvement of IT project management processes, supporting BITĖ’s IT strategy and the mission of the IT department. The goal is to prepare systems that everyone at BITĖ would want to and be able to use:

• Analysis of BITĖ’s business processes and information system requirements, solution identification and development

• Gathering and analyzing requirements, clarifying needs, and shaping the most optimal solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

• Communicating with clients and consulting system users

• Monitoring and overseeing the implementation of technical tasks

What do we expect?

• At least 3 years of experience in analyzing and developing IT systems

• Analytical thinking, organizational skills, responsibility, the ability to identify the problems and optimal solutions and present information to an audience

• Theoretical and practical knowledge of requirements gathering and management methods, as well as software testing skills

• Willingness to work in a team, strong communication skills, initiative, result orientation, and logical thinking

• Understanding of business principles and goals

• Knowledge of modern IT technologies and a continuous desire to learn

• Initiative, responsibility, and independence

Gross salary for this position 2500 - 2700 EUR/month depending on the level of expertise and professional experience
