If You have:- Higher education in communication, human resources or similar fields;
- At least 2 years' experience in projects management and a good understanding of adult learning principles and best practices (experience in training area would be an advantage)
- Advanced computer skills and willingness to learn new technologies;
- Excellent communication, cooperation and facilitation skills;
- Result-oriented personality and high sense of responsibility and initiative;
- Strong planning and organizing skills;
- Experience developing visual concepts (advantage);
- Very good knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Driving license.
We will entrust You:- Develop learning solutions in accordance with business needs from start to an end by ensuring effective, modern and relevant learning experiences to employees;
- Coordinate, organize internal trainings for employees and cooperate with external partners;
- Design, develop and evaluate instructional programs and materials;
- Work closely with managers, internal trainers and subject matter experts to ensure training materials are effective, current and relevant;
- Consult colleagues in organizing and administrating learning & training solutions and programs;
- Improve the efficiency of training & learning processes and administrate learning functions (tools, systems and all related data);
- Contribute to the development of strategy, standards and frameworks within training & learning across Baltics.
