  • Asistento pozicija - apmokamas darbas, puikiai tinka studijuojantiems, neseniai baigusiems studijas ar ne didelę darbo patirtį turintiesiems žmonėms norintiems įgyti daugiau darbo patirties iš draudimo srities profesionalų tarptautines rinkas aptarnaujančioje bendrovėje.
  • The Assistant Underwriter’s role is to work closely with the Underwriters in all aspects of underwriting, in particular renewal underwriting, follow up with brokers on new business and renewal quotes, quotation chasing, and participation in team project work.
  • Negotiating rates, terms and conditions for existing and new business.
  • Compliance with the production and issue of documentation in accordance with contract certainty requirements.
  • Attending internal and external meetings with clients and brokers.
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (written and oral), knowledge of Russian, will be considered as an advantage
  • Strong work ethic, with drive and a determination to succeed
  • Demonstrate genuine passion and enthusiasm for the business
  • Clear focus on quality of output and setting high standards for themselves
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to operate to tight deadlines
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Strong negotiation skills
