Work activities
  • Designing and developing a tour
  • Calling new and existing clients, making up to 60-70 calls per day
  • Assisting travelers with their travel plans over the phone and email
  • Quoting holidays and converting these to bookings
  • Offering excellent customer service
  • Keeping product and brand knowledge up-to-depth whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company and its product
  • Maximizing sales and customers experience
  • Meet monthly goals

Requirements
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Bachelors or Masters degree;
  • Ability to multitask and quickly interpret complex information
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients over the phone
  • Persuasion skills
  • Hunger for achievement, working both independently and as a part of a team
  • Proficient internet research skills for customer information
  • Up-to-date computer skills
  • Ability to work in a target-based environment and to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Ability to assimilate information and to pay close attention to accuracy and detail
  • Strong work ethic and time-management skills
  • Readiness to work longer hours when needed
  • Knowledge of French,Spanish or German is an advantage
  • Previous work experience in hotel or restaurant industry is advantage


We offer
  • Base salary and performance based bonus
  • working with international customers (US, Canada, Australia, Asia)
  • Working time: 12 PM-9PM
