ACCOUNT MANAGER’S ASSISTANT

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing proposals including feasibility, pricing, value addition, and follow-up.
• Assisting in preparation for client calls and providing documentation/summaries of client discussions.
• Proactively establishing and maintaining effective working team relationships with all support departments, including vendors.
• Meeting and exceeding commercial revenue targets set by the company.

• University degree (Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or related discipline);
• Experience in Clients Services, proposal preparation would be an advantage;
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal (any other foreign language (s) would be an advantage);
• Proactivity and strong client focus;
• Numerical ability;
• Excellent organizational and time planning skills with a solid attention to details;
• Ability to work in a team, balance and prioritize multi-tasks, set priorities, ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines;
• Strong computer working capabilities in MS Office.
