| Job description: | We're seeking a full-time Technical Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our team. We're looking for someone who enjoys the technical aspects of SEO the most, is an experienced and flexible programmer and has the ability to make a wide variety of on-site implementations using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and/or other programming language. Responsibilities: - To make a wide variety of on-site implementations using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and/or other programming language - Troubleshoot on-site technical SEO performance issues including page elements, CMS, server related issues and strategize solutions - Collaborate with Front-End, UI/UX design, marketing or other teams and educate on best practices of SEO - Maintain up-to-date, personal knowledge of SEO in line with industry trends |
| Requirements for employee: | Requirements: - 2+ years of experience working in front-end development or related roles - 2+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience while working at an agency or on the client side - Functional knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and/or other programming language - An in-depth understanding of search engine behavior: what practices to avoid, what on-site changes will have the most impact based on current algorithms - Ability to organize and prioritize one’s workload - High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail |
