What you will do

• Map and document end-to-end processes for current and new products (workflows, roles, handoffs, controls)
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities using structured analysis (e.g., root cause analysis, value stream thinking)
• Propose and drive process improvements that increase speed, quality, compliance, and stakeholder clarity
• Act as a bridge between commercial teams and IT: translate ideas into actionable requirements and clarify details during implementation
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on scope, assumptions, dependencies, and success criteria
• Write concise business requirements and acceptance criteria; ensure readiness for development

What we expect

• At least 2 years of proven experience in IT process management / continuous improvement roles, ideally with exposure to product ownership or product operations
• Strong process mapping and documentation skills (e.g., BPMN/UML/flow diagrams, SOPs, operational playbooks)
• Experience with process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, TOGAF-lite governance, etc.) that would allow implementation and fostering process culture internally
• Experience translating business needs into clear requirements (user stories, BRDs, acceptance criteria, functional specifications)
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; able to turn ambiguity into action
• Professional-level communication in English

Gross salary for this position: 3500-3800 EUR/month. The exact amount will depend on experience and skills.
