| Darbo pobūdis: | We are a group of thinkers, generalists, engineers, designers, traders, and experienced entrepreneurs who have come together to build an amazing customer obsessed online trading platform for agribusinesses. We help farmers and buyers trade better online. We are on a growing with a rich product and a challenging roadmap. We need the MARKETING ENGINEER to join our team in Vilnius to steer the way and establish the global brand identity. You will be responsible for: - Paid campaigns: across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance; - Content: quality articles, landing pages, and marketing ads powered by SEO and with long-term relevance; - Events: organizing, hosting, and presenting our brand across Lithuania; - Brand awareness: create and maintain profiles at popular sites representing startups; - Creative PR: create and manage PR campaign to bring attention to our brand in Poland; - Student ambassador: establish joint-interest areas to collaborate with Universities/ Colleges; - Analytics: of marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies. |
| Reikalavimai darbuotojui: | Experience: - At least a few years managing performance marketing (online as well as offline); - Experience and quick learning ability for digital tools: Intercom, Facebook, Google, e-mail targeting ; - Experience in event management (organizing, hosting, and presentation skills); - Good track record of marketing campaigns. Personal qualities: - Data driven, with ability to find what users need before they do; - Exceptional communication, presentation and writing skills; - Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind; - Curiosity, quick learning and initiative; - Interest in new technologies in agribusiness. English – a must; either Polish, Russian, Ukrainian – a clear advantage. |
