We are looking for a technical Marketing Data Analyst to own our marketing measurement ecosystem. You will be the "Watchman" over our data—responsible for ensuring that every click, session, and purchase is accurately tracked and attributed. While you won't run campaigns or manage the CRM yourself, you will be the person who tells the teams exactly where we are losing money and which products are the true winners. What you will doTracking Architecture: Set up and manage advanced tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 (including server-side tracking) to ensure full data integrity BigQuery & Data Merging: Use SQL and BigQuery to join front-end marketing data (Google/Meta Ads) with back-end sales data provided by our CRM/Salesforce team Performance Auditing: Proactively monitor paid campaigns and promotional offers. You should be the first to point out when a campaign is underperforming or when a specific product flow is "leaking" customers Collaborative Integration: Work closely with our CRM Analytics team to bridge the gap between "web traffic" and "final sales value" to understand the full customer lifecycle Reporting Automation: Build and maintain high-speed, automated dashboards in Looker Studio that provide real-time insights into ROAS, CPA, and product conversion rates
What we expectGoogle Analytics 4 (GA4) expertise: Deep knowledge of event-based tracking, custom dimensions, and exploration reports Advanced GTM skills: Experience with complex triggers, custom JavaScript, and server-side tagging SQL & BigQuery: Strong ability to write queries, manipulate large datasets, and merge external data sources Data Visualization: Mastery of Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) to create clean, actionable, and automated reports E-commerce understanding: You understand funnel metrics such as: CR, AOV, LTV, and Attribution models Cross-Platform literacy: Ability to "speak the language" of both Paid Media (Meta/Google Ads) and Sales (Salesforce/CRM)
