If You have: - At least 2 years experience in FMCG field, preferably in Category Management, Sourcing, Buying;
- Strong leadership and change management skills;

- Strong analytical skills, structured and accurate in the way of working;
- Focused and results oriented personality with high working capacity;
- Very good communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel;
- Experience working with SAP system (an advantage);
- Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills;

- Development and follow-up on category management and supplier strategies;
- Leading negotiations with suppliers and cooperation with internal stakeholders;
- Category Group pricing policy development and implementation;
- Regular sales, margins and stock control and follow-up;
- Suggest solutions and ideas, how to improve internal processes.
