• University degree in the field of marketing, economics, management or communication;
• Experience in marketing/ retailing/ project management;
• Experience with Photoshop, email and/or digital marketing (an advantage);
• Creativity, communication skills and high sense of responsibility;
• Good MS Office user skills (PowerPoint, Excel);
• Analytical skills and ability to interpret numbers;
• Good English skills (speaking and writing).

• Implement and support loyalty program activities on everyday basis;
• Create, organize, implement and analyse segmented campaigns;
• Customer behavior analysis and insights;
• Cooperation with external and internal partners, developing loyalty partnerships;
• Implement customer communication plan, data-driven email marketing execution;
• Cooperation with the advertising agencies and media channels.
