Foreseeing the risks related to money-laundering activities and/or terrorism financing and preventing such activities from happening is a core responsibility for us as a fintech operating in the payments industry. The upcoming 5th AML Directive is a game changer, and therefore CoinGate is seeking an experienced AML Compliance Manager to help us remain accountable and comply with the rigorous requirements of the law.

Main tasks include:
  • Overseeing Know Your Customer procedures, performing due diligence and AML checks;
  • Investigating compliance concerns and issues;
  • Devising, implementing and improving internal AML/KYC procedures;
  • Monitoring the regulatory landscape for relevant upcoming changes;
  • Ensuring internal employee awareness of compliance issues and risks;
  • Collaborating with other teams within the organization.
Reikalavimai darbuotojui:
  • Degree in Law/IT/Business management or experience in a compliance role;
  • Understanding AML regulations and their implications;
  • Project management and organizational skills;
  • Meticulous attention to detail;
  • Strong command of the English language;
  • Experience in cryptocurrencies, blockchain products is a plus.
