| Job description: | Job responsibilities: Providing excellent customer service through phone, e-mail in a timely and accurate manner; Contacting suppliers, vendors and delivery companies by phone and email; Ensuring that customers issues, concerns, and/or questions are resolved both promptly and thoroughly; Managing orders in internal order management system and on different marketplaces; Managing products data; Being initiative to meet the customers and the company’s expectation. Working schedule: Monday - Thursday From 17.00 till 01.00 (7 hours per day), Friday 15:00 - 23:00. |
| Requirements for employee: | Fluent speaking English (communication with native speakers, mainly USA); Excellent leadership and communication skills; Good computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook). Ability to work independently as well as in a team; Fast learning and multitasking skills; Critical attention to details; Taking initiative, willingness to get things done and take responsibility. |
