| Darbo pobūdis: | There is currently a requirement for a 1st Line Support Officer for an international IT company based in Vilnius. You will be providing email and remote support to their large client base (mainly SME's) in a fast paced environment. This is the ideal role for someone who regards themselves as a good communicator as well as having good technical skills, you will be given fantastic training and will work for a company that likes to build the company from 1st line level - making this a fantastic opportunity to grow within a well-respected IT company. The ideal candidate will have; Fluent English speaking, communicating and writing skills and should very social as it's a client facing role. Have a genuine desire to work in IT with some basic knowledge of software and hardware Be looking for a role with training and have the ability to absorb lots of information Have an excellent telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with customers Comfortable with working in a busy service desk environment and be able to perform to a high level under pressure. Providing a high level of customer services is essential and attention to detail is critical. You must be a good communicator as you will be able to break-down information to technical and non-technical users. Minimum of 1 year work experience in the industry is required. You will have have excellent knowledge of working with the following subjects although training will be provided during the first month of your employment ; Active Directory Office 365 Google Apps Windows 7 Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 2013 (Outlook in particular) Printers Simple Network Troubleshooting skills Our hours of work are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and if you feel that you are excited to hear about this role, drop us a line with a cover letter and your updated CV and we will be in touch accordingly. |
