Darbo pobūdis:Responsibilities:

Managing document control, including purchasing documentation and contracts administration.

Managing company’s documentation: prepare, revise and register all required documents, orders, contracts, invoices and acts

Preparing and signing contracts

Supporting human resources administration - employment, outstaffing

Purchasing of goods

Responsible for billing

Managing communication flow via phone and email

Supporting manager with various assigned tasks, search and systemize requested information

Organizing and managing company’s correspondence

Preparing various reports

Entering data and maintaining client’s database, filling in reporting tables

Performing other temporary or permanent tasks

Requirements:

Experience in HR, Administration or Jurisprudence 1 + years
Fluent in Russian and good in English, both verbal and written.
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
