| Darbo pobūdis: | Job descriptionJoberate UAB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of US-based, Joberate, Inc. Joberate® has developed a big data analytics platform to measure job seeking activities of the global workforce, enabling organizations to make evidence-based recruiting and talent retention decisions. Joberate is expanding operations in Lithuania and IS looking for creative and highly intelligent developers with technical and scientific educational backgrounds. We are also looking for motivated or self taught highly talented programmers. The successful candidate must have a passion for programming, demonstrable expertise in more than one modern programming language, diligent work ethic and looking to be part of a proactive team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ⚬ Execution of monthly payroll and tax payments ⚬ Maintain general ledgers ⚬ Maintain entries, assure accuracy and completeness of all journals ⚬ Data entry inputted into specific systems ⚬ Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, closings and accruals ⚬ Audit preparation ⚬ Maintain accounts payable / receivable and cash receipt records ⚬ Participation in special projects as necessary ⚬ Preparation of monthly financial statements ⚬ Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual external financial reports as required. |
| Reikalavimai darbuotojui: | Basic qualifications: ⚬ Education requirements: possess a Bachelors or Masters in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 2 years experience ⚬ Expertise to use computers (software and hardware) for accounting activities ⚬ Expertise in booking and accounting practices ⚬ In depth knowledge of accounting legal practices and tax treatments ⚬ Excellent organizational skills and meticulous record keeping skills with an eye towards detail ⚬ Capacity to work independently and autonomously ⚬ Ability to work with HR Director, Senior Executives and other Supervisors ⚬ Extensive familiarity with Google Apps: Docs, SHEETS, etc. ⚬ Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word skills ⚬ Familiarity with US accounting practices and standards considered a strong advantage, but is not mandatory ⚬ Familiarity with US accounting software QUiCKBOOKS considered a strong advantage, but is not mandatory ⚬ Please Note: Experience working in a similar role for a CPA Firm is a strong plus ⚬ Must Be Extremely Detail Oriented and Not Afraid to ask questions. ⚬ Desire to work with both Lithuanian and American development team members ⚬ Experience working in a fast-paced environment ⚬ Excellent oral and written communication skills ⚬ Strong command of the English language ⚬ Familiarity with Lithuanian accounting software from B1.LT considered a strong advantage. |
